The only remaining lowland rainforest in Thailand which is in the Khao Pra Bang Khram Wildlife Reserve, is one of the richest biodiversity sites one can find, with a mixture of a diverse types of forest, especially tropical rainforest and a large peat forest in sweet water area. In this unique forestland, the Gurney's Pitta, once thought to be extinct, have been rediscovered. It is , also the site of ' Sa Morakot, the Emerald Pool, an Unseen site uppermost i n the minds of adventurous travelers. Natural wonder never runs out, as you will be amazed to find that the head water of the Emerald Pool is in aquamarine blue.
• How to get there :- From Krabi. use Highway N0.4 to Khlong Thom District, turn left into Highway No. 4038 and turn right into Highway N0.4021 before taking the right turn on the same route to the Hot Stream Waterfall, but take a different turn towards Sa Morakot, altogether 50 kilometers in distance.
